How to change the password

Accessing the Change Password screen

Undergraduates, graduate students, teachers, staff, researchers Junior college students, senior high school students, junior high school students, others
  1. Log in to "kwic" and click the [Settings] icon in the header.
  2. On the "Personal settings" screen, click "Change password from here" to go to the password change screen.

  1. Log in to the "Information System Web Service".
  2. Click [Change Password] in the Information System Web Service menu to go to the password setting screen.

Change Password Screen

1.  Access the Password Update Screen
Go to Settings > Security Method.Click the [Update] button next to the password section.

2.Confirm the Reset
A confirmation message will appear:"Are you sure you want to reset your password?" Click [Yes] to proceed.

3.Enter a new password that meets the specified requirements.
As each requirement is met, the "X" icon will change to a  green check mark.
Make sure all check marks are displayed, then click the [Reset Password] button.

The password must meet specific criteria shown on the screen.
If the password does not meet the requirements, an error message will appear.
Please check the character types and length, and try again.

Click the eye icon to reveal the password and check for typing errors.
