• Only Windows OS upgrades are permitted.New installations on PCs that do not already have a valid license are not allowed.

[How to Obtain]

Visit one of the following ICT supportdesk to borrow physical medias

• It is available to faculty (except Visiting, Exchange, and Interchange Faculty), and staff (except Temporary Staff) of the university and and the senior and junior high school.
• If a computer is purchased with the university funds and assigned with an identification number (BIHIN BANGOU or YOUHIN BANGOU), fill in a form with that number. If a computer is purchased with the university funds but not registered yet, fill in a form with the fiscal year and type of funds. (e.g. research funds in 2023)
• The product is available as long as they are enrolled in the university. When you leave the university, uninstall the installed software.
• When a product is upgraded to a newer version, faculty and staff can update to the version as long as they are in the university.
• After installing the software, it must be activated. See the user's guide attached to the media for details.
