eduroam

for Students for Faculty for Others

eduroam is an academic wireless networking environment developed by TERENA (Trans-European Research and Education Networking Association) for educational and research institutions. It provides a secure and convenient wireless network with authentication based on the industry standard IEEE802.1x (the same method as KGU-WLAN).

This allows faculty, staff, undergraduate, graduate, junior college, and senior high school students who have a KGU System User ID to use the eduroam wireless networks of eduroam participating institutions. Members of the eduroam participating institutions can also use the eduroam wireless network provided by the University.

Please refer to the eduroam website for more information on participating institutions.
