You can set an alias (nickname) for your email address.

How to access Mail Alias Settings screen

Log in to "kwic". You can access mail alias setting screen from [Mail Alias Settings] in System Link in ICT Usage.	Log in to the "Information System Web Service". You can access mail alias setting screen by clicking [Mail Alias Settings] on the Information System Web Service.

How to set up Mail Alias

You can create an alias.
Even after creating an alias, you can still receive messages with both your alias as well as with your actual account address you received from Kwansei Gakuin.
To use your alias as your sender address, click the button labeled with your alias name under the heading "Choose Your Sender Address"
For your alias name to be processed, please allow up to 60 minutes. Processing your sender address can take up to one day.
To process your sender address please allow up to 1 day.

Please note:

Once you successfully set up your alias, you cannot change it or delete it.
Please note the following before setting up your alias:

You cannot use the same alias as another user.
Your alias must be between 3 and 20 characters in length.
Your alias may only be made up of standard English letters, numbers, hyphens (-), and periods (.). However, the system will not accept an alias that begins or ends with a period or contains two or more periods in a row.
The system will not allow you to create an alias in which the letter/number combination is too closely resembles an actual user ID. The character sequence pattern of Zxxxxx ("x" being a number) and AAAxxxxx ("A" being an alphabet character and "x" being a number) cannot be used. E.g., <bcd34121> or <z95600> would not be acceptable aliases.
