Before submitting your application, please check the following:

| 2. Application acceptance notice |
You will receive a Notice of Authorization the following work day, (as long as you emailed the completed application before 4:50 PM). You will receive this authorization notice at the same email address you used to send the application. If there is a need to ask you for the questions, it might take more than one work day to get back to you. |

How to apply for change
If any changes occur in the contents of your application, please follow the procedures and settings described below.

| Dispose of a previously approved device | No disposal application is required. |
| Replace the currently used device with another device | No change application is required. Please configure the previously approved fixed IP address and host name on the new device and use it accordingly. |
| Add a new device | Please submit a new application using the Campus Network Connection Application (Loaned Device) form. |
| Change or add the domain‑joining operator | Please submit a request via the Campus Network Connection Application (Non‑standard) form. |

Joining the Kwansei Domain
When connecting a device used by multiple users to the loaned‑device network (wired or wireless), it is mandatory to join the device to the KWANSEI domain so that the individual users of the device can be identified.
