- AuthenticationKwansei Gakuin now uses a "single sign-on" system, allowing users to access various online services with a single user ID and password.
- Information System Web ServiceThe Information System Web Service provides easy access to the various functions of Kwansei Gakuin's online system.
- MailE-mail can be accessed on browsers both on and off campus. Students and other users have a 100 GB of e-mail storage.
- Alias Setting & Changing Sender AddressYou can create an alias address with which you can send and receive mail.
- Personal Data Storage AllotmentDrive Z provides you 2 GB of data storage. It can be used both on and off campus.
- Shared Data StorageDrive Y and Drive X are provided as shared data storage. Although Drives Y, M, and Q can be accessed both on and off campus, Drive X can only be accessed from within a Kwansei Gakuin campus.
- Data TransferEven when your user ID changes, you can continue to use the data from your old user ID by performing a data transfer.
- Campus PCsThe school provides PCs for use in a number of locations including PC classrooms, University libraries, and media forums.
- Printer Points StudentsThe University allots you 500 complimentary printer points per year to use with printers provided by the university (such as those in PC classrooms). You can also purchase additional printer points.
- Accessories lent by the universityThere is a variety of PC and media peripherals available for you to borrow from the university.
- The Media StudioThe Media Studio provides resources for developing teaching materials. Video and audio can be edited at the workstations provided.
- Remote PCRemote PC is a service in which you can access the same environment from a remote location (your home, etc.) as if you were using a campus PC.
- Site License Students FacultyYour affiliation with the university allows you to install on your computer certain software applications (Microsoft, SAS, JMP, SPSS, etc.) some for free and some for a nominal fee.
- Special e-mail accounts to faculty and staff for student support FacultyFor teachers and support personnel who need to know how e-mail appears from students' computer interface (for classes and support issues), special accounts are available.
- Guest Account FacultyAn attendee of the university who do not have a user ID can have a member of the full-time faculty or staff apply on his or her behalf for a temporary online authorization.
- User Smartcard Faculty othersUser smartcards are obtainable by members of the university who are not eligible for a student, faculty, staff, or researcher card.
- Group Nicknames FacultyAnyone with a Kwansei Gakuin user ID can be a part of this mail group service. To form such a group, a faculty or staff representative is required.
- Mailing Lists FacultyKwansei Gakuin provides a service for full-time faculty and staff members to create mailing lists.
- Server for Website Creation Instruction FacultyKwansei Gakuin provides a web server with which to instruct how to create websites. Access to this server is available only from the network within the university.
- Kwansei Gakuin Campus-Wide NetworkKwansei Gakuin provides a campus-wide network which can be accessed via wired and wireless connections. Kwansei Gakuin maintains this network.
- eduroamKwansei users can use Wi-Fi network at other educational institutions. The users of other educational institutions without Kwansei can use Kwansei Wi-Fi network.
- VPN ConnectionKwansei Users can use the in-campus network from out of the campus.
