We have been receiving comments from users of the campus wireless network (KGU-WLAN) that they are having difficulty connecting to the network or that the connection is not stable.

However, as a result of our detailed investigation, we found that there is a mix of cases where the service level is degraded due to room structure or interference, and cases where there is a need but the area is currently out of service.

We would like to conduct this survey in order to better understand the trends and needs of our users and to optimize the quality of our services in the future. We appreciate your cooperation.
