1/31 Discontinuation of mail forwarding and Reduction of the storage size of drive Z

Dear all,
We would like to inform you that the automatic mail forwarding function will be discontinued, and the storage size of drive Z will be reduced as of January 31, 2021. Therefore, check the following and take appropriate measures.
1) Discontinuation of mail forwarding
In order to improve security, the automatic mail forwarding function will be discontinued on January 31, 2021.
Please be noted that the forwarding address you set up will be automatically deleted on January 31,2021 and no mails will be forwarded after that.
Instead of using the forwarding function, you can use the mail of your Kwansei Gakuin account with various mail applications.

２）Reduction of the storage size of drive Z（Temporary personal storage）
The storage size of drive Z will be reduced from 5GB to 2GB on January 31,2021.
After replacing the common system in August, each user has access to a large size (1000GB) of OneDrive (cloud type storage) as personal storage. Along with this, we decided to use drive Z mainly as data storage for application/system settings and reduce the storage size.
Since the storage size of drive Z will be reduced to 2GB, please transfer the data to OneDrive, external hard disk, USB, etc. or delete unnecessary data by January 31, 2021.
If drive Z exceeds 2GB, some applications on campus PC might not work properly because they require enough free space on drive Z.
