Notice of Online Zoom Workshop (on Useful Applications)

for Faculty Event

Following the Zoom Basic Workshop held on September 18th (Friday), the staff members of Zoom will be conducting an online workshop featuring useful applications so that users can utilize the program more effectively. This workshop will be touching on features that may be useful in your classes and meetings, such as breakout rooms, whiteboards, polls, and chat.

Zoom Workshop (on Useful Applications): Workshop Details and How to Participate

Date and time October 22nd, 2020 (Thursday), 6:30 PM ~ 7:30 PM
Format Online (The workshop will be held via a Zoom meeting and will be conducted in Japanese only.)
Description The workshop will touch on features such as breakout rooms, whiteboards, polls, chat, and reports.
Eligibility The workshop is open to all faculty members of our University with a Zoom account.
How to Apply

Please indicate your interest at the following URL by October 22nd, 2:00 PM (you will not be allowed to participate in the workshop without registering your interest).
Note: A university email address is required when indicating your interest to participate in the workshop.

How to attend the workshop

To attend the workshop, please click on the URL that you receive after indicating your interest to participate at the scheduled workshop date/time.


Remarks:

  • Please note that there will be no Q&A session due to time constraints.
  • A recording of the workshop will be made available by the Organization for Information Management and Communication at a later date.
