Security Training（Targeted E-mail) －Request for Web Survey

Dear All,
Although we were asking for the web survey about the security training that we conducted previously,
we changed the deadline to Monday,January 14 at 5:00pm.
This survey will serve as a reference for grasping the awareness level of the organization's information security.
Sorry to inconvenience you, but those who did not answer the survey should answer.
The target is everyone who have received the training.

We ask for your cooperation in completing the survey which will serve as a referense for future security training.
The survey will be anonymous and so we ask that the survey be filled out as honestly as possible and is expected to take about 5 minutes.
