How to set up Mail to send automatic replies
In the automatic reply setup section of Office 365, even if you set up "Send a reply once to each sender inside my organization with the following message" it will not generate an automatic reply to all mails you receive.
If you want automatic replies to be sent to KG faculty and staff who use the university email system on the university server you must also set up: "Send a reply once to each sender outside my organization with the following message".
You must also complete the following step: Select the following: "Send replies only to senders in my Contacts list". Then, go into your Contacts list and manually enter each of the contacts you wish to send automatic replies to.
To set up Mail to send automatic replies, select "Automatic replies" from the menu as pictured above.
